I liked the pool and garden, and the staff treatment was very good and very kind. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the area lacks tourist spots; a walk along the Thames is recommended, and there are worth‑while restaurants nearby.

“Retiro perfeito para relaxar em casal”

The room was pleasant and spacious, with tasteful décor, and the outdoor areas were very enjoyable, especially the hidden pool that offers privacy, complete with loungers, sun hats, and saltwater. Breakfast was amazing, full of fresh products, served with great friendliness by owner Fátima. On the evening we arrived, we went to the room indicated in the messages for check‑in, but the codes we received gave an error. After calling the number provided, we were told to try another code, and a couple arriving said they were staying in that room; there was only a confusion with the room name assigned, as the codes worked for the other room we were directed to. Because of a malfunction in an AVAC component, there was no air conditioning throughout the property, which affected our experience since it was very hot on those dates, but the host compensated us.
