The floor was dirty everywhere, there were few kitchen utensils, and there were no knives or forks at all.
“Lovely house but needs improvement”
I stayed for a wedding so it was very close to family, but the beds were horrible.
Scam!!! The worst hotel in the UK!!! Terrible smell and totally dirty accommodation. The owner refused to refund the money, we didn’t even stay in this accommodation. Disgusting!!!
“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY ITS SHOULD NOT BE LISTED AS ITS NOT FIT TO LIVE IN.”
The beds were broken, the check‑in time was not respected, the house was damp and smelled like it in every room, the floorboards upstairs were broken, the bannister across the landing was dangerous and loose, the oven was broken, the owner lives next door and someone tried to break into the house thinking it was the owner’s, the area is literally a drug hub, and the owners did not communicate about the attempted break‑in or the state of the house.

There weren’t many positives, but the heating worked and we had hot water; however, the TV didn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable, the bedding smelled, food was left in the cupboards, there was no fire alarm, it looked like the kitchen had an electrical fire, the shower was hard to use and overpriced, and the owner didn’t understand what we were asking, overall very poor.
