“I would like to come back if you can improve the plugs and lights in room no1.”

Bed was comfortable and pillows I like them- place was clean. What you see on the pictures was not there in my room, I had a window without blinds or curtains- no explanation was made until I asked why the room about the window- the sunlight ☀️ was heating my face straight from that window- no bed side lamps to light the room when entering it because light switch is far from the entrance of the room . This inconvenienced me- no USB PLUGS I could find, near the bed I couldn’t find a plug… if this property can improve room no 1 lightings and plugs - please renovation the shower too ( out date) and small. The water leak on my bed- was a surprise 😮 my bed linen was drenched- leak came from the ceiling and wet the bed…

“shitty very shitty never again!!!!!!”

I like the fact that the bathroom was spacious at least. I was rather very disappointed in the room, the room was very cold not even a Mat to warm the feet getting out of bed the tv remote did not work there was not even a bin to to dispose of the dirt checking in was such a cold was the key was left in the pot plant, i was nearly told that I don't have a booking i had to send information in instead of the information being there, then when I got to the room my door could not lock and the gate was a massive struggle to lock made me so very late for my meeting then evening when i came back it was so cold in that room i could bare sleep comfortably until i had too pull blankets from another bed because there was not extra, in the morning when i took a shower as i needed to leave for the road again the shower over flowed and the left me with no towel as i had to clean, the entire drain was blocked and the water over flowed, i sent the lady that assisted me pictures and a video to show not even an apology for check up no instructions on check out no one to accept the key, i had to call around and even ask the guess that was there, too assist this was really not worth my money for experience seeing that i come afar i will not be booking in there again and believe me i could call anytime back then my entire family would book there very disappointed of note!!!

Only bed with electric blanket. No soap,noisy fridge, no handwash. Breakfast was not enough. Not enough towels
