A beautiful historic hotel right in Cusco’s center, surrounded by museum pieces. The room was comfortable and gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly. The bar served the best Pisco Sour, and the courtyard was lovely. The location was great. Breakfast wasn’t five‑star quality; my crepes were cold, the eggs/omelettes cooked to order were not great, and the pillows were very thin.

The location was prime, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom lighting was dark, the bed/pillows were uncomfortable, the décor was outdated, and there was no view.
