The location and security staff were helpful, especially when resolving late‑night parking issues, but one power socket in the room was broken and never fixed.

The room was good and the staff were friendly; check‑in went smoothly, though I can’t recall the exact details.

The receptionist, Mubin, was far from professional and showed no respect toward guests; he definitely needs more training.
