The hotel is close to the centre and our venue, yet the website misled us by showing the bar/restaurant as open when it actually stayed closed until Christmas.

There was no hot water during our stay, and the owner ignored all messages and calls; we had to rely on customer service to check out early because the owner refused to take responsibility. The door handle was loose, risking us not being able to get into the room, but the owner treated it as a trivial issue. The room smelled bad, the sheets smelled used and were not changed, the floor was sticky, the balcony and terrace were unusable, and the entrance area was full of trash and old items. The photos did not match reality. You should have been charged for staying here – not the other way around. The owner did not respond to SMS or phone, and did not show up as promised.
