Clean, cozy. The room had robes, slippers, a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge. New plumbing. The view from the window is beautiful. Safe, not noisy. No complaints.
The room was very clean and modern. Perfect location. The receptionist was a bit dry.
Nice stay at a hidden gem, but blankets need to be warmer. The guesthouse is well‑situated, and the room was fairly clean, with fresh towels and modern bathroom fixtures. However, nights are getting cold, so the blankets supplied weren’t warm enough. Also, the hosts didn’t let me know there was a kitchen and a gorgeous terrace on the floor above. The terrace is truly amazing, offering a beautiful view of the city and the mountains, but I only discovered it and got to enjoy it for ten minutes before leaving. Overall a good place, but communication and bedding could be better.

When I reached out to the host, she was always kind and quick to reply. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free. The spot is super close to the center. The room was clean and modern, with a fridge, kettle, and a small balcony that had a table and two chairs overlooking the interior, always sunny. Great for a quick tea break. The idea of slippers and a bathrobe is very nice. The shower was attached to the toilet, so when you used it, everything got wet (not the first time I’ve seen this in Georgia). I suggest adding a couple of hangers at the room entrance. It wasn’t a problem for me since I was alone, but I want to point out that there isn’t a proper wardrobe, so if you stay longer there’s no space for luggage between the wall and the bed.
