The location was pretty good; you can take a bus straight to the island. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, and it was fine for a few nights. The downside was that there were no blankets, ants swarmed throughout the apartment, the landlord didn't answer his phone, and the bathroom was generally okay but the shower was a bit limescale‑stained and damp.

The place sits right where the public transport to Venice is convenient, but the area feels quite noisy, and there aren’t many food or drink options nearby.

The location was great because a bus just 100m away took me straight into Venice’s old town, and the price was cheap, yet the room was a bit dirty with dust under the bed and the walls, especially in the toilet, looked broken.

The room was clean, and the only advantage compared to a hostel that has a separate room, but the old building made the area feel unsafe; there’s only a kettle and a fridge, no microwave or dishes—no glasses or cups.
