Everything. The family‑run property is mainly managed by a mother and daughter—two lovely, very kind people. Breakfast is homemade, plentiful, and the “tour operators” (they basically built the itinerary for us with advice and suggestions) are great. The hotel is welcoming, super clean, and comfortable, just a short walk from Scanno’s center. I highly recommend it. They also have a private parking lot reserved only for guests. Nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent and peaceful, the breakfast is perfect—abundant, genuine, homemade. The staff are always friendly and smile-ready. The room is large, very clean, and has a nice new bathroom. Unfortunately, the beds are uncomfortable; the mattresses seem to still be spring‑based, so they bounce a lot.

The property sits just two steps from Scanno’s center and near the lake; we walked there, yet the hotel still offers a parking lot for guests, which we only used when leaving. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff were extremely polite and almost fairy‑tale‑like, always attentive to our needs and making us feel at home. Breakfast, included, was five‑star and plentiful, ranging from sweet to savory with no limits. Upon arrival they handed us coupons for local services that proved very useful. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.
