The surroundings were pleasant and the bed was super comfy, yet the shower pressure was weak.

Le personnel a réagi rapidement pour régler les problèmes, et les guides des activités réservées via Mopani étaient les meilleurs de notre séjour.

The rooms were great, the team was friendly and helpful, and the value for money was excellent—everything we liked.

This cozy lodge offered genuine service; Audrey, the main receptionist, was extremely helpful with booking lunch at Vic Falls Hotel, a 4WD rental, taxis, etc., and the rest of the staff were polite and eager to help, plus the location was convenient near a supermarket and a good restaurant.

Despite plenty of pre‑arrival communication, nobody mentioned the large construction site next door, which made the place very noisy.
