The place is in a great spot, with nice amenities and a decent breakfast. There was no pre‑arrival information about check‑in, so you end up at a closed door and have to figure out how to get in. Calling helps, but you first have to get past a robot.

The room was very pretty, parking was convenient, and breakfast was good. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw from Augusta’s center. The check‑in process could use a makeover: no code was sent by email and no one waited at the entrance. You have to call the toll‑free number at reception, talk to an IVR, and then someone will give you the code needed to open the storage units and the parking gate. We saw other guests outside the front door in trouble, and we helped each other out. A couple who was leaving opened the door for us, and we did the same for them.

Das Zimmer war grosszügig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Fenster und Türen wurden offensichtlich nicht renoviert und waren etwas arg mitgenommen. Das Zimmer sonst wirkte eigentlich neuer
