I couldn’t sleep on site because the gite was closed, so I drove up into the mountains for nothing and demand a refund. The gite was closed, no one was there to welcome us, a 2‑hour round trip to the mountains was wasted, and the gite belongs to the town hall and the delegate who should have returned the lease—this is a scandal.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but when I arrived, I found out the place was closed - weirdly, they still let me book it. The owners didn't respond to my calls or texts, and no one offered me an alternative solution. Pretty frustrating experience overall.

The staff were amazing, made me feel right at home, and the location in the mountains was a big bonus. My only complaint is that the bed creaked a lot, but to be honest, it wasn't a huge deal.

This place had everything going for it - a unique vibe, amazing food, and an incredible welcome from Sabrina. The location was also spot on.
