Nothing stood out particularly; the only noteworthy thing was that the hotel reception offered coca mint and other teas whenever you wanted. The rooms are cramped, the bathrooms echo and smell from all rooms, and privacy is nonexistent. At least we only used the hotel to sleep and shower between tours and other city activities. If we had to stay the whole day or for a long time at the hotel, it would not be suitable.

The booking was easy and the location excellent, in a safe area about a 10‑minute walk from Praça das Armas. There are bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The hotel is small, simple, but very cosy, with polite and helpful staff. It has Wi‑Fi. The room is small but has a comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom is spacious with hot water. The room and bathroom are cleaned daily, and if the guest prefers, the bath linens are also changed daily. Breakfast is simple, with limited variety but tasty. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend it to friends and acquaintances. The hotel does not have its own parking, so we left the car on the street in front, although there is a paid parking nearby (20 soles per day). The building has no elevator, which is common in most hotels in Cusco. Many bathroom windows face the internal stair hall, causing noise in the rooms and making the bathroom cold, as the blinds have no seal. There is no air‑conditioning (which is fine due to the cold climate), but if heating is needed, a fee of 15 soles per night is charged.

The location and the service were good, but there were almost no curtains in the rooms and the ones that existed were loose.

The facilities were fine, but they moved my luggage between rooms without asking me or even being present, slipped in unannounced, and took things out.
