“Excelente custo-benefócio e conforto.”
The facilities were excellent, clean, organized and suitable; the food ordered at the restaurant and the breakfast were superb, and the service was very good. The room lighting was poor and the reception was somewhat rough on arrival: we were met by a receptionist who clearly seemed impatient, complaining about a phone call and being unkind to us at the front desk. She was clearly overloaded at that moment, being alone at reception, but that does not excuse the lack of courtesy. All other staff deserve praise!

Everything was fine except the air conditioning. The room's air conditioner made a lot of noise.

The bed, shower, fruit at breakfast, and homemade bread were good, but the towel had stains, the shower drain lacked flow and no change was made after reporting it, and the air conditioner needed maintenance.
