Great secure free parking Very secure location Close to train station to travel to central Rome quickly and easily. Excellent breakfast Very quiet and dark room and we slept really well. Virginia was a kind and helpful host allowing us to check in early and leave the car and preparing a savory breakfast for me. We booked a room with a shared bathroom, which was fine, but because the bathroom was shared we could have down with a mirror in the bedroom

Jako plus to przystanek autobusowy obok oraz sklep. A wiec tak. Przyjechałam z mężem pod wskazany adres z booking. Do momentu zameldowania (16 godzina) nie dostałam żadnej informacji co do kodów wstępu do pokoju itd Jakimś cudem udało nam się wejść na ogólną posesję by nie stać na ulicy. Pisałam parę wiadomości do właścicielki gdzie mamy się zakwaterowac i jak. Zero odpowiedzi. Zaczęłam dzwonić do pomocy booking Mąż się wkurzył, poszedł do sklepiku po piwo. Ja wydzwanialam. Szereg rozmów takich i owakich. W końcu mały kontakt z mężem właścicielki. Zero angielskiego. Przyjechał. Wkurzył się na nas że po godzinie czekania otworzyliśmy w tej temperaturze piwo. Był mega wielki problem z zakwaterowaniem. Pierwszy raz w życiu było to tak problemowe. Właściciel nie dość że obraził nas za to że otworzyliśmy piwo czekając zmęczeni na zakwaterowanie to. Nazwał mnie prostytutka a że mój mąż prowadzi,, burdeloo,, hmm jesteśmy małżeństwem od ponad 20 lat Groził karabiniero Jezu dużo tu pisać. Gdy w końcu dostaliśmy pokój. Wyszło że jednak to nie ten. Więc przeprowadzka. Papier toaletowy bardzo wyliczony, wiec lepiej wziąć mały zapas. A i uwaga na panią sprzątająca - w łazience wszystko wywala ale uwaga w pokoju tez. Potrafi wylać funkcjonalne herbaty które ktoś specjalnie sobie zaparzył.Dalej nie ma co opisywać. Wyjątkowe śniadania to. Złącze zdjęcia. Dupy nie urywa, szału nie ma

The house is very pretty. If you’re only staying one day, or if you don’t have a vehicle, I don’t recommend it; it’s hard to get there from the train station.

One of the best accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, both in the bedroom, the bathroom, and the living room. In the kitchen, you’ll find plenty of options to make coffee, tea, and other hot drinks. In addition, you can choose the type of breakfast you want as well as the time you’d like to have it. The property is very secure, with a coded gate at the entrance and a second front door before you reach the apartment itself. Our experience was taken to another level thanks to the outstanding service and help we received from the incredibly kind owner, Virginia. She allowed us to park our broken scooter in the house’s yard for an entire month until the transport company came to collect it, and she provided us with all the information and guidance we needed about the city. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

I had an outstanding stay, earning a perfect 10/10. The property was flawless—spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was quiet and pleasantly scented. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming right from the start. The location was ideal and the check‑in was lightning‑fast. It’s clear they’re passionate and professional. Truly amazing! There was nothing to complain about; everything was perfect from start to finish. No room for improvement.
