The young man who was at the counter on the first evening was kind and gave me an electric kettle. I usually avoid writing very bad reviews, after all, something can always go wrong, and I don’t want to damage the hotel’s reputation. But this hotel is too bad. The photos when choosing a room on Booking have nothing to do with reality. The room was very dirty. Even after a repeated request, the staff could not clean it to a sufficient level. Old cigarette butts were lying on the floor in the room and in the bathroom (after repeated cleaning!). Dust and old cobwebs hung in clumps from the ceiling and walls. The air conditioner barely worked, and there was no window in the room. In the morning, a 15-centimeter cockroach came to me. I left after the first night (had to look for another hotel), because the room was very bad and did not match the description. The receptionist (a young man) promised to give me another room for the second night on the evening of my arrival, but the next day the lady at the counter began to demand additional payment. It was too much. By the way, the hotel rents out rooms by the hour, and I think it provides other services, if you know what I saw the lady at the counter was giving condoms to a (assumption) sex worker. It can be assumed that she also "manages" these services. I don't want to hate anyone or impose morals, but it seems that this business is illegal in Vietnam
