The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The airport was close, which was a plus, and breakfast each morning tasted delicious. It took about three days before we got room service, but when we asked for a cleaning, it was handled quickly and we ended up satisfied. The room attendants and cleaners were amazing.

The staff were very nice. The room had an extremely dirty blue chair, the carpet was dirty, the shower grate cover was not fixed and kept coming off, and we booked for five people but only received three bath towels.

The staff and faculty were amazing! The only thing I would prefer is no carpet. Other than that, it was great.

The staff provided wonderful customer service, being very patient and helpful. The tub had paint at the bottom rising up, the company had not checked the quality of the rooms, a water bug (roach) was in the bathroom sink, the air conditioner was outdated, and the beds were hard with worn-out spring mattresses.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is a must‑try; it was delicious. I didn't really like the wet mildew smell that was in the hallway.
