“Comfortable”
I was thrilled by the safari experience.
The fan in the room wasn’t working and the AC was too weak.
“Kataragama visit”
The pool and onsite restaurant were great.
“1 day stay with bad experience”
Nothing stood out positively, and I was disappointed with the check‑in and the rest of the stay.
The only good thing was the pool, but the rooms were awful: the first room’s door was loose, the last room’s doors were stuck and rattled, the rooms were full of dust and insects, the breakfast was two dishes—one 1500, the other a cheap chicken with papad—plus two extra yogurts for 300 each, and no one offered any help; if anyone else goes, the holiday is over 😡😡😡
