Everything was flawless—clean, comfortable rooms with a stunning mountain view, well‑located and well‑maintained facilities, flexible restaurants, and great value for money; the Wi‑Fi was often inaccessible, but that was a minor issue.

The place is pretty, clean, and welcoming, but the room’s soundproofing was lacking; we woke up at 3 am to people in the room above, and their footsteps made everything audible.

The customer service was excellent—polite, professional, and attentive to our needs. The à la carte lunch was mediocre, with a plain potato, and I expected more since the food at the bar and Victor restaurant was outstanding; plus the wait for our meals was very long. Thanks.

Reaching our room required a lot of walking, which was tough for me because I have mobility issues; the elevator felt old, the indoor jacuzzi didn’t work, and the hair dryer was hidden in a cupboard with no sign pointing it out. It would have been helpful to note that lunch isn’t included and is very pricey—two cappuccinos and a buffet cost $78.
