The property is stunning, set on a panoramic and peaceful spot, offering many services with always friendly and courteous staff, and its location is perfect for walking tours and high‑altitude hikes.

The staff were extremely helpful, the kitchen and facilities were great, and the cleaning was spot‑on, though it would have been nicer if the sauna and Turkish bath allowed guests to wear swimwear.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay, but I did have some issues. The overall experience was excellent, but there were a few super frustrating moments.

From our hotel room, we had a dreamy view of the valley and mountains, surrounded by beautiful trees, a fish pond, and a lovely park. The dinner was always expertly seasoned and presented with love, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, I was a bit disappointed that the spa area didn't open until 1 pm, and our room felt a bit outdated.
