I was disappointed with how the restaurant staff behaved; they offered almost no smiles or friendliness, and even when I tried to talk to them, their responses felt flat. At the breakfast buffet, there were no greetings from the staff, making us feel unwelcome as guests. Maybe it was a busy period, but a simple gesture of courtesy would have made a big difference in how we perceived the hotel.
