I booked a studio that was large enough and there were no extra noises coming from outside the room. Breakfast was varied and the gym and spa were fine.

Breakfast was pretty good, one waitress in the restaurant was pleasant. It was nice that the room had a terrace, access to the gym, sauna, pool, and bathrobes. The overall look of the premises was dreary, the brown colour gave a bleak impression everywhere. The atmosphere felt like a swimming pool when entering the lobby, the restaurant was dark with no pleasant lighting, and the reception staff seemed a bit tired. I didn’t like the colour scheme or the old‑fashioned vibe of the room; the artwork, pillows, and lighting could have improved it a lot. The garbage chute on the sixth floor didn’t impress, and the cleaning carts in the corridor looked less stylish. I also disliked that the spa floor is only accessible by elevator; I would have preferred stairs.

Jeśli liczysz na profesjonalne podejście do klienta to nie w tym hotelu. Śniadanie rozpoczyna się o 7:00 a pieczywo podają o 7:20 a załoga pytana o pieczywo krzyczy na klienta. Jesli nie jeździsz windą gdzie kartka informuje o sprzątaniu na życzenie to recepcja przy zameldowaniu ci o tym nie powie. W saunie zgaszone światło, zapala racepcja ale nie ma żadnej informacji na ten temat, kubki do wody w spa permanentnie niedostępne. Za tę cenę jest duży wybór hoteli
