The Deluxe King Suite has a city view and an inner courtyard view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the payment was handled correctly—exactly what they promised. Any request I made was fulfilled, and the rooms were clean. Parking was available and they assisted with that too. I can’t imagine what could possibly disappoint anyone here.

The décor is lovely, the courtyard and entrance are nice, and the location is convenient from the airport and close to the city center. All the essentials are in the room, and the price is reasonable in my view. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The soundproofing is terrible; it feels like I’m sleeping next to the neighbors (though I didn’t hear them). If you’re lucky with neighbors, the night will be fine.
Everything went smoothly, and they even offered to keep our backpacks for the whole day while we went on an excursion. Nothing else to note.
The Armenian host was very welcoming at 4 a.m., gave clear directions, and kindly arranged a YandexGo taxi for us. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice touch after a long trip. The spot is tactical—20 minutes by taxi from the airport and convenient for the city center. The area feels a bit bleak, though.
