The breakfast staff couldn’t speak proper German, we were seated in the wrong spot and weren’t told about it, and another guest complained about the same issue.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and the service was good; everything was clean and tidy. The toilet and shower were a bit outdated, but everything else was very clean.

The location was beautiful—a truly lovely spot. Communication with the staff was difficult, the room wasn’t properly clean, and breakfast was awful: the juice dispenser was broken, the rolls were dry, and the eggs were cold. For the high price, we expected a lot more.

I spent two wonderful days at Hotel Anneliese, where I was warmly welcomed and the entire team—especially the boss—was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel; the staff are truly heart‑felt people. Thank you for the lovely care.
