The place is very well positioned close to the beach, eateries, and within walking distance of the historic centre. It started out as a nicely quiet apartment with a good bathroom, a functional kitchen, a Senseo machine with a few pads, a double bed, a tiny patio with garden furniture, and a kind host who brought local pastries upon arrival. However, the apartment’s condition was disappointing: a broken, unusable wardrobe, a dishwasher that wasn’t connected to water, and no storage for clothes. Breakfast consisted of only one brioche and six yoghurts in the fridge for five nights, but a bakery nearby saved the day.
