I stayed in a spot that was super comfy, spotless, and right next to everything; stepping out the door after a great night's sleep felt like stepping straight into the city. The only thing that could use a tweak is the espresso pod selection – otherwise, everything was spot on.

We had a wonderful stay! Initially, we couldn't locate the home, but the customer support team was quick to help us find it and unlock the door, and they were also available in the morning to arrange a late checkout. The place looked brand‑new and impeccably clean, and the hot tub was tidy, easy to use, and filled quickly. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the room came stocked with toothbrushes, slippers, shower caps, soap, and plenty of extra towels. We especially liked the AC already on and the water bottles pre‑filled in the fridge, a thoughtful touch for the hot weather. The location was fantastic, just a few meters from the main street lined with cafés, gelato shops, and restaurants. The Irish pub on the corner was great for dinner and reasonably priced. We also walked to Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican City, the riverside bar on Terrazza Tevere, and Piazza Navona – a truly great spot for nighttime strolls around Rome. Overall, it felt like a luxury experience and was worth every cent; highly recommend! On the downside, the fridge was a bit small, and the shared kitchen door was confusing – I couldn't tell if it was locked or not, and the website gave conflicting lock instructions. The induction cooktop was unplugged and I couldn't find where to plug it in, but we didn't need it. Customer support was always available and even texted us an emergency number for the night, so they would have helped with those issues.

Absolutely stunning inside . The lights the layout the detail. This place is gorgeous! Literally wow factor. Nothing! It was beautiful

Karol called me at the start of her shift to apologize and kindly refund my money. I would have loved to stay here, even paying almost 300€ per night, but that didn’t happen. The beds weren’t ready, so they canceled my booking at the last minute.
