Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, breakfast was wonderful. Kiddie pool was freezing, mold on the vent in our room, tv remote would work when it wanted to. There was a hockey tournament on Saturday so it was noisy in the evening even after 11pm

Comfortable bed and clean room. Staff at check-in seemed unfriendly/unpleasant. Facility did not put coffee out the morning. Disappointed, as my wife and I were looking forward prior to departure. Breakfast did not open till 7:00, therefore did not get to utilize the breakfast vouchers that were paid on the reservation as we had to leave at 7:00

Staff was decent and responsive. Found 2 oriental cockroaches in my room. Manager told me they were beetles when they in fact were not and only offered a 50% refund

The location and amenities were fantastic, but it felt a bit pricey.

Having a waterpark attached to the hotel was a nice bonus, but you had to go outside to use the stairs; the elevator was busy, so the stairs were faster, yet some of them required stepping outside.
