“Not pleasant”
I gave it 4.0/10. There were cockroaches in the room, the bedspread and chaddar were dirty, the canteen opens at 8 am which is early for a tourist spot, the food was poor, and free water bottles aren’t handed out unless you ask. It wasn’t a pleasant stay.
I gave it 10.0/10. I had a great time, found the value for money impressive, and the hotel was clean and good overall.
Transiting through the area, we stopped by this hotel for a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. We arrived around 2 pm and left by 8 pm, which wasn't enough time to really get a feel for the place. The staff at reception seemed uninterested in helping us, and to make matters worse, there was no vegetarian food available for lunch, which left us feeling a bit peckish.
I rated it 10.0/10. The property was clean with good facilities, and the staff responded quickly whenever I raised an issue. All good.
Location. The hotel management is money minded, They charge for everything. The staffs are very afraid about management, For everything they need to ask for management. They are not freely doing their service
