The room was spacious and the shower was great. The valet cost was reasonable too. I would definitely stay again. The only problem was with the valet: I think they weren’t around when I arrived, which was around 11 pm, and I had paid for valet before I left and thought I could leave my car in front, since no one was there to pick it up for me (because I paid them cash to park it), and I woke up with a tow sticker on the window.

Everything was very good.

The place was spotless and the staff were very kind and helpful, plus you’re within walking distance of restaurants. The rooms felt a bit cramped.

Walking to a bunch of restaurants is a breeze, the rooftop pool is great, and getting to the beach or Hardrock Casino by Uber is super easy. Heather at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, made the stay memorable, and gave solid recommendations.

The location and room size were good. However, getting into the room the first time was a hassle because of a system error with the password, the corridors were dirty, there were piles of bedding in the hallway, the elevator lobby was dirty, and only one elevator was working.
