I made a terrible decision to stay here. The experience was disappointing. The staff were rude except for Vera, who was sleeping all night. The rooms were dirty, smelled like smoke, and the staff moved me around without providing towels, soap, tissue, a microwave, TV, phones, or an iron. I was terrified because the supervisor put me in room 106 with a door that didn’t lock; she promised maintenance would fix it but never did. My anxiety and depression were heightened by the fear of someone breaking in, as the door never locked. No one told me the elevator was broken, so I had to carry my bags up and down the nasty steps. I want a full refund. The hotel’s website falsely advertised rooms and a pool that was not good at all. I’m traumatized by everything.
