The spot was fine for what we needed and the room had the basics covered, but there was a faint musty smell and the heat was brutal. The air‑conditioning was so loud it kept us up, and the windows looked out onto a tavern garden where people were smoking late into the night. Sleeping was a bit of a struggle.

Staying right above a restaurant and just a short walk from the tram made it super convenient for us. It turned out to be the perfect launchpad for wandering around Ostrava.

The apartment was spacious and spotless, with brand‑new furnishings and parking right in front. A great restaurant was just around the corner and the area was quiet enough for a relaxed stay.

The renovated flat was nice – good size rooms, separate spaces, parking, easy check‑in/out and a working AC. Unfortunately there was dust and cobwebs, and the place faced a pub terrace, so cigarette smell and loud music seeped in after 10 pm and kept going until the early morning. The thin drywall let us hear everything from the neighbours.
