I was disappointed by the state of the room: the floor was sticky with crumbs, the sheets had a large yellow stain, and the tub was filthy and clogged. The staff behaved disrespectfully and unprofessionally; whenever I asked a question, it felt like I was bothering them, and at times I couldn't find anyone to help. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer at the front desk.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. However, the room itself was not clean; the floor needed more mopping and I spotted two bugs in the bathroom. The walls are thin, so outside noise is easily heard.

The hotel is centrally located. I stayed for three nights and asked for a towel change, but they left me a completely dirty one—dirtier than what I had in the room. I suspect they don't wash towels at all, which was very unpleasant. I went to reception to complain, but they only changed the towel once.
