The location is unbeatable, and the only thing I didn't like about breakfast was the slightly sweet bread, which might just be my taste; overall, there was nothing I disliked.

The hotel was very good; the room was spacious and clean, bedding and shower were excellent, and breakfast was also good. The taxi service to Tarapoto was very reliable, and the hotel has a restaurant. A tip: bring a warm jacket or thick sweater for the restaurants in Chachapoyas as it can get quite cold. Because of the language barrier, we didn’t always understand each other, but that’s something to expect when traveling in this area. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.

The room had a large, comfortable bed and a smart TV that many big hotels still have outdated, but this one was up to date, plus there was hot water. The restaurant staff seemed new; they were friendly but a bit lost when it came to explaining the menu items.
