The room was spotless and the staff were polite and helpful, and the metro and city center were just a short walk away, which was great. However, the room lacked air conditioning, so when we opened the window insects swarmed in; we had to shut it, and the heat made it hard to sleep until morning.

Everything was excellent: a warm welcome with prosecco, staff who were incredibly accommodating, great facilities, and a tasty breakfast. The location was perfect, and honestly, everything was just fine.

The location was perfect for exploring Prague, with the metro practically beside the hotel. I really appreciated how quiet the room was, far from the busy street, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary gift bag that included a bottle of prosecco. The only downside was the somewhat outdated equipment, especially the elevator.

The reception staff were very good, but the overall décor smelled strongly of detergent in the bathroom, which was in poor condition. There was a lot of noise at night coming from all directions. We received cold breakfast, the elevator looked like it was from the PRL era, and the price did not match the conditions and décor.
