The snidane was super; the bathroom leaked.

The hotel is very beautiful and cozy, rooms are clean, everything is provided (tea, coffee, soap, shampoos), towels are plentiful, and there are disposable slippers; access to the pool, billiards, and the sauna is included, and the sauna itself is magnificent—perfect for relaxing. We stayed only one night, but my husband had been here before and was very impressed. Breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh and varied, the coffee is outstanding, and desserts are a separate art form (the raspberry ones are simply wow). Water is freely available on every floor, and each hall is beautifully decorated down to the floor in the elevator, which is worth noting. The only drawback is the small blanket for double beds; it was insufficient for two people and made it hard to sleep. The room is a bit cramped, but overall it’s cozy.
The location is a huge plus, the staff are very competent and friendly, and the food tasted great. Our only complaint is cleanliness: we found hair left by previous guests in both the room and the bathroom.

The apartment is spacious with a large bathroom, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is tasty. However, the sauna and salt grotto are extra paid, and I think they should be included in the stay price. Breakfast would benefit from a second coffee machine, as there’s only one and a constant queue forms.
