“Bright, Comfortable & friendly staff”
The room was spacious and bright, featuring a glass‑roof bathroom that let in plenty of natural light. The bed, pillows, and linens were high quality and comfortable, and there was a good selection of bathroom amenities plus tea and coffee facilities. The large water jug was refilled daily, which was handy since there are few shops nearby after dark. Breakfast offered a good variety of set options, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always greeting you with a warm Balinese smile. I really enjoyed my stay and would return if I’m back in the area. The curtains keep privacy while still letting in daylight, but at night they let in some light from surrounding buildings and pathway lighting, which was an issue on my first night. I mentioned it to the staff the next morning and they resolved it quickly, making the rest of my stay more comfortable. If you need complete darkness for sleep, this place may not be ideal because of the glass‑roof bathroom and light‑colored curtains, which together keep the room bright and mould‑free, something I appreciated. The road to the property is narrow, and some drivers dislike traveling up it. Therefore, guests with mobility concerns or those who prefer not to walk with luggage might want to consider accommodation closer to town, but if you’re okay with a short walk, the location, facilities, and staff offer good value.
