“Our two nights stay was convenient with a good meal, but uncomfortable in a cold room.”
The food and service at the restaurant were solid, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean; the guard outside was also very helpful. The downside was that parking was pricey and the room was too cold to sleep in, plus the pillows were overly soft.
Wanda treated me well.
“Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Parking was close. Price was right. I would stay there again.”
A room was available on short notice, but our originally booked room was already taken; after riding the elevator up and down several times they finally managed to resolve it and gave us a different room.

The staff team was friendly, but the bed and the cleaning left something to be desired.
Nothing positive to mention. The staff were rude, we stayed two nights and housekeeping never cleaned our rooms, never changed towels, and there was no toilet paper. At reception we found no drinking water in the room, and although breakfast was included we were asked for vouchers at the restaurant that we never received; the front desk took 20 minutes to sort it out. The hotel was horrible and not recommended at all, and the room even smelled like mold.
