The location is phenomenal, right on the beach, and you can stroll down the promenade straight into the center. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. In September the value for money is excellent. Near the lobby, some staff were smoking, and the smoke drifted into the stairwell and throughout the building. The furnishings and equipment feel a bit dated, but that’s balanced by the very good price (my trip was in September).

The hotel is literally on the sea, with an amazing view. Its central spot is great—everything you need is within walking distance. Erdek is very calm this season, which I really liked. It’s perfect for a few quiet days at a reasonable price, especially if you want to relax. The price matches the sea‑front location and the breakfast by the fireplace, plus everything else. The staff are friendly and quick to respond. The rooms have new beds, so you wake up rested. The bathrooms need a thorough check; they’re not bad, but a quick clean‑up would make everything 10/10.
