“Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με ιδιαίτερα φιλικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό!!”
Excellent hotel right next to the sea! Very courteous staff. There were entertainment and activity programs for children. The most active guests could play sports like tennis, beach volley, cycling, and water sports. The pool was very clean. The buffet was rich with a wide variety of dishes.
“Good enough for what we needed”
Good and accessible facilities. Lack of diversity
“As always really family friendly-very happy”
The place was clean, funny, and offered plenty of sports to do.
“Sporty hotel, amazing spaces & beach, super personnel”
Sporty vibe, good food, OK drinks, amazing staff—especially the beach volley instructors and Athanasia at the restaurant. Plenty of space, great places to relax, and a ginormous beach. The drinks are average, and if you’re not a German speaker it’s hard to join all the events.
“Nu pot sa spun ca extraordinar”
The beach is nice, but not every day, and the ladies in the housekeeping were friendly, as were the restaurant staff. Overall, this resort is no 4‑star, at best 3‑star, with indulgence. The highest rating (+100) goes to the reception girls, who are very kind and eager to help. From the viewpoint of someone who has stayed at many all‑inclusives in Europe, I’ll say that I’ve been to German‑run all‑inclusives that were clearly better than yours. 1. At every all‑inclusives I visited, guests were greeted with cheer, champagne, cookies and juices. Here, a very friendly man handed my wife and child a glass of juice and gave me a glass of water in a bucket. We were sent to a room at the farthest end, given a map, but with little explanation. When we reached the room, the view was dreadful, the elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the door to the room was visibly forced (broken). 2. The overall filth was terrible, but what really upset me was the sight of many dead mice rotting on the paths and around the restaurant. I think it took at least five days before they were removed, and the stench lingered. It was disappointing that there were so many children. 3. I realized that if you don’t speak German you’re sent to the trash can. I felt awful when, at the pool bar, I was asked at least ten times if I was a guest, and my child wasn’t served because I didn’t know German. 4. On the first day, we found coffee capsules in the room, but after that we were told we had to buy them at reception. This isn’t mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. I also saw that other guests (probably Germans) had soda in their rooms. The only good thing in the room was the exemplary cleaning by the housekeeping ladies. 5. The cleanliness of the restaurant’s lounge was lacking, as was the pool cleaning. 6. If you use the sun loungers in the morning and lay towels on them, then leave for lunch, you’ll find them occupied when you return because hotel staff take the towels off the loungers. I didn’t understand this.
