The location was great and breakfast was solid, but the staff could have been a bit friendlier.

חדרים גדולים ומפנקים, בריכה יפה וארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. ודניאלה מהקבלה שעזרה לאבא שלי שהרגיש לא טוב והייתה מהממת. לא הייתה אופציה לאכול בחדר האוכל של המלון צהריים או ערב אלא רק 3 מסעדות אל אה קארט, יפנית, אילקית וים תיכונית. זהו! 4 הייתי בטוח שבמלון 5 כוכבים תהיי אופציה כזאת במיוחד לארוחת צהריים ולא רק ליד הבריכה או בלובי לתפריט דל של פיצה/ המבורגר במיוחד כשאיתי הגיעו גם הורי בני 86. .שלא הייתה להם אופציה נורמלית לאכול אלא בערב במסעדות הנ"ל. אכזבה גדולה

The hotel is clean and indulgent, the beaches are stunning and pleasant, and everywhere you find service, food, and drinks; the staff are diligent and service is truly high‑level. The main pool is deep throughout its area, so anyone under 1.70 meters can’t just stand in it. It’s a pity there isn’t louder music at the beaches and pools; the atmosphere feels lacking. Prices at the restaurants are very high and often not justified.

First, the distance to restaurants and shopping centers is about half an hour by taxi; public transport requires walking and changing three buses that are not punctual, taking about two hours. There are no cold water facilities at the pool or beach, so you have to buy cold drinks, with each small bottle costing 4‑5 euros. The restaurants are very expensive and not diverse; the food is mediocre in quality.
