The Deluxe Room is air‑conditioned, provides free Wi‑Fi, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, a ceiling fan and a wake‑up service. It sleeps two on the main bed with an extra bed available, and includes a wardrobe, desk, sofa, seating and dining areas, a socket beside the bed, telephone, safety deposit box and tile/marble flooring with linen supplied. The private bathroom features a shower, towels, free toiletries and toilet paper. Upper floors are accessed by elevator.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to be so bad and yet still get a decent rating. The location was pretty central, which was a plus, but the noise from the street was relentless - I mean, I've stayed in some loud places before, but this was something else. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch, but it wasn't enough to make up for the tiny room and the fact that the air conditioning didn't work properly.

“Checkin and checkout was smooth”
The staff at this hotel really know how to make you feel welcome. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly and helpful, and that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was super comfy. The hotel's location is also a major plus - it's right in the heart of the city, so you're just a short walk from all the main attractions.
Terrible Stay – Would Never Book Again I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as I walked in, which made it really uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom didn’t have any exhaust fan. To make things worse, the bed was not clean, and the sheets looked used for years, and I even found bedbugs on the ground near the bed. I reported the issues to the staff, but nothing was done to fix them, and unfortunately, i moved to another hotel. Even hotel staff refused to refund the amount. It's definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean or comfortable stay
