The resort was great, a bit outside the city but easy to drive to, and the staff were truly super. The breakfast selection was a little limited.

The staff were friendly and the pool was nice, and the rooms were spacious. However, our High Mountain Deluxe room didn’t match the advertised view—only overgrown trees blocked the mountains. Because the resort sits on a mountain, walking to rooms and facilities was a bit hard, even though a quick buggy service was available.

It felt like a small slice of paradise, beautifully built and impeccably maintained on a forested hillside with jungle views. Our room was large, comfortable, and had a private jacuzzi overlooking the jungle. The two pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, a pool table, and a lovely walking path around the property made for great fun. The restaurant offered delicious and varied food, and the staff—especially manager Chai, Ora, and Nunin—were warm, generous, and fun, making us feel like friends; our three kids (8, 6, 4) fell in love with them. Highly recommended for families, couples, and everyone.

Everything about the resort was outstanding—excellent, exceptional, awesome, superb, wonderful, and luxurious. The environment was very quiet and calm. The room’s interior, amenities, architecture, facilities, view, bed comfort, and overall comfort were all top‑class. The resort’s facilities, view, food taste, quality, quantity, staff behavior, performance, services, communication skills, positive attitude, and helpfulness were all excellent. The location, safety, security, swimming pool, cave, inside view, cleanliness of the resort and restaurant were all superb. The only downside was that the breakfast options could be improved and there’s room to add more facilities.
