We booked and paid for a three‑star hotel, yet we were given a bed‑and‑breakfast‑style room. The common areas were closed and the only service available was the morning breakfast. There was no staff on duty in the building, only phone numbers to call if needed. Entry wasn’t through the main door but through a rear access. The price we paid didn’t match the services actually offered.
