The location was good and the staff were friendly, and the balcony was lovely. However, the pictures were nothing like what I actually got; everything feels much older and worn out. I could spot the layout from the photos, but they were heavily AI‑corrected. The bathroom wasn’t clean either—hair was in the bath and on the towels. The breakfast room wasn’t very nice; the selection was tiny, it didn’t look fresh, and the butter seemed like it had never been refrigerated.

The hotel is in a great location very central! The staff are very friendly and helpful, upgraded our rooms which was nice! My aircon was amazing! I thought it was going to be super loud due to location but it actually wasn’t to bad at all! Very close to train street and all the tourist attractions. Nothing not to like

The front desk staff were friendly. The photos don’t show how outdated the rooms really are. The beds are also due for replacement. Old mattresses are on the hallway, so maybe they’re trying to change that now. It’s an old dusty hotel, maybe that’s just part of the old quarter, but I don’t feel comfortable there. The room was very dusty. Also, the pastries at breakfast were just as old.
