The rooms, breakfast, and especially the staff were good—super friendly and helpful, absolutely great! The evening buffet didn’t live up to its price; you get full but the food feels like cafeteria fare. Next time, skip the half-board.

The hotel’s location is great, just a few meters from the Baltic Sea, and parking is plentiful. The staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. In the spa area, some wall sections and pillars could use fresh paint; the color flakes off and leaves particles on your hands when you touch them.

“Geht klar, ein paar kleine Mankos”

The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! The shuttle to the train station was a dream. The thermal baths are nicely warm, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. However, the breakfast staff made us feel like we were trying to dodge payment on both mornings. We followed the front desk instructions and were both pointed out, rudely, that we had done something wrong—even though we had already paid for breakfast the second time—luckily I still had the bill in my pocket. Better coordination between the front desk and breakfast would help. The beds were very hard.

“Im Großen und Ganzen war alles gugt.”

Frühstück selber gemacht, sonst alles o.k. Die Küchenausstattun ist sehr mager, ein Toaster und Eierbecher und Eierlöffel wären wünchenswert. Die Speisekarte der Brasserie könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein
