“Scam , do not book!”

It is a scam—do not book this accommodation. The building is abandoned and all dirty. Nobody greeted us or answered our calls. We had to find another place at the last minute. We were charged and got no refund.

Nothing! The hotel is unhygienic! The bathrooms and kitchen are abysmal, the pool is disgusting, there is no maintenance, no staff.

“Superbe séjour malgré tout, personnel très gentil endroit très beaux et agréable”

Nice place, great view, friendly staff, huge breakfast. The photos of our room didn’t really match reality, but that didn’t stop us from sleeping, just “less luxurious.” The pool is cleaned every morning but because it’s surrounded by a lot of greenery it gets dirty again very quickly.

Overall, our stay at The Kanjeng Signature in Sidemen was disappointing, mainly because of the lack of cleanliness inside the building and around it. When we arrived, the swimming pool was green and clearly not maintained, so we couldn’t use it. There was also a lot of rubbish outside the apartment, as shown in the pictures. From what we could see, the hotel kitchen looked very unhygienic. Inside the room we found several problems: the refrigerator had visible mold around its seals, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the toilets weren’t properly cleaned.

I didn't find anything good; the place was dirty, run‑down and creepy.
