The view was nice. The window door rattled at night because it was broken, the sheets and duvet smelled, the curtains were moldy, the shower had heavy limescale and water leaked from the tile seams, and the boiler didn’t work. The exterior was unkempt with weeds and disorder. The only positive was that maintenance for the boiler arrived right after the complaint.

The cliffside location was good. The welcome was missing and there was a self‑check‑in. The common areas were unclean, and the entrance from the street had scattered trash. The room was basic and not very clean. The external areas, table, stove, dishes, etc. were in terrible condition; maintenance was absent and the place was dirty. I wonder how a property rated 8.2 can be like this! There wasn’t even a functioning light outside!

The atmosphere was already good at the end of the season in mid‑September. The listing says “House by the beach,” but the exit is a rocky cliff that can’t be walked on. The whole house is in a dilapidated state. The cleaning staff does their job well, but the owner lets everything fall apart. Room number 3 and the kitchen are separate, each with its own key, which is a bit inconvenient.

The location was good. However, the cleanliness, size of the room, and its furnishings did not match the expectation of a sea‑front room that the photos suggested. The host was not very available.

The location was close to the sea, but the place was poorly maintained.
