The reception was very friendly, rooms were spotless, the sea view was great, and walking distance to the Polynesian Cultural Center. The free ukulele lesson with Auntie Kela was especially nice. Thanks!

Everyone was very friendly, morning smiles and a cheerful "Good Morning" lift anyone's spirits, and the pool attendant was pleasant.

Being close to PCC and the pool area was nice, but paper cups were in our room and there were no glasses to drink from, which is unacceptable for a luxury hotel; the room was also very dark, with only a few low lamps.

The property was nicely located, yet the bathroom had a strong urine odor, the refrigerator had a strong odor of spoiled food, and I was disappointed by the sheets, which were very bumpy and rough.
