I was served satisfactorily, but the room service likely opened my door in the morning and didn’t close it, leaving it just propped open.

Everyone at the hotel—especially the reception and kitchen staff—offered exceptional, friendly, and attentive service throughout our five days, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, great taste, and high-quality products.
