The location is good. Our room faced the main street, but that didn’t bother us. At night there’s quiet, and in the evening you can hear music from the bar across the street. The owner doesn’t speak English, but he always helped through transliteration. All is fine.

The rooms are old and a bit worn, but for the price that’s normal. However, there is one major downside that I’ll note in the negatives. The location, specifically the Lov bar next to the karaoke room. Those guys played music so loudly that sleeping was very difficult. A drunk person was on the mic until 3 a.m. I don’t recommend it, only as a transit base.

Отличное место положение, отзывчивый персонал, чисто . Отличный бесшумный кондиционер, есть общая кухня можно пользоваться за доп плату за газ . Есть номера 7,8,9 с кухней. Матрасы удобные, подушки тоже. Не нашла

My brother and I stayed for 12 nights in the first‑floor apartments, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. The hotel is well‑located: a 5‑minute walk to the beach, shops, and public transport. The downside was the construction right across the street, starting around 8‑9 am and ending at 18‑19 pm, which made it hard for those who like to sleep in. Small mosquitoes bit at night; I only saw bite marks in the morning. The fumigator I brought didn’t help, and the bed net was too small to stop them. The AC was broken and leaking water; when I told the host, he called a repairman. The AC was fixed, but it took a full day and a block replacement. Overall, I liked the stay and would return next year if the construction finishes. The host charged $7 for using the gas stove, which wasn’t mentioned on Booking. He doesn’t speak English but tried to help with the issues.

The location and kitchen are great, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is spot on. It’s a guesthouse, not a hotel, so don’t expect luxury. It’s simple and clean, perfect for a quick overnight when you’re on the beach or on a day trip.
